We are now seeking a Customer Service Officer for a steel company in Bendigo, assisting in the office with customer service, product scheduling (for deliveries) and quoting.
Day Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm (can be flexible), Monday to Friday, Full Time.
Duties:
- Manage customer queries (phone, email & in person)
- Maintain stock levels & merchandising in-store
- General office administration & data entry
About You:
- Experience in a similar customer service, sales or receptionist role
- Reliable transport
