About us

Ace pharmacy is a growing pharmacy group dedicated to serving patients with chronic and complex health conditions through our online platform. Our aim is to deliver high levels of professional health services and advice to all customers.

Duties

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll play a vital role both in front of customers and behind the scenes. Your time will be split between:

Customer-Facing Duties

Greeting and assisting patients

Handling inquiries with care and professionalism

Assisting the pharmacist with dispensing prescriptions

Non-Customer-Facing Duties

Supporting patients over the phone

Managing inventory: stock checks, ordering, and expiry date monitoring

Carefully packing pharmacy orders to ensure accuracy and timely dispatch

Helping with dose administration aid (DAA) when needed

Processing and monitoring orders from our online portal and email.

Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and safe

Assisting with delivery tasks as required

Experience

Previous experience in pharmacy or medical field is preferred but not required.

Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accurate packing of orders are essential.

Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette, are preferred.
