We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Centre Manager to lead the operations of a sub-regional shopping centre located in Sydney. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring stability, leadership, and a nurturing approach to a challenging and evolving asset.

About the Role:
As Centre Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the asset’s performance and day-to-day management. Leading a dedicated on-site team and supported by a national corporate structure, you’ll drive tenant engagement, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes—while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all centre operations, budgeting, and maintenance
• Lead and develop a small on-site team across administration and operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and service providers
• Ensure compliance, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and asset management teams to drive performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Centre Manager or senior Assistant CM within retail property
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
• Ability to manage a complex asset and handle challenges with professionalism
• Financial and operational acumen, with experience managing budgets and reports
• A calm, confident communicator who leads by example
