I am recruiting for a 12 month fixed term contract position for a Payroll Officer

This requires an experienced Payroll professional who has end-to-end Payroll processing experience with a large volume Payroll

The Role:

• End to end Payroll processing
• Provide guidance on payroll issues, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of concerns
• Process and distribute payslips
• Collate fortnight timesheets
• Make superannuation payments and perform superannuation reconciliation
• Workers compensation yearly reporting
• STP reporting to ATO and lodge PAYG Withholding
• Long service portal annual reporting
• Monthly payroll reconciliation and unassigned payroll allocation
• State payroll tax monthly lodgement and yearly reconciliation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-volume Payroll processing role
• Weekly Payroll processing experience highly sought after
• Experience interpreting Awards/EBAs
• Experience with SAP highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Suitable working rights to work 12 months within one business continuously
