About the role:
The role's primary focus is to gain a thorough understanding of the company's diverse asset profile and the key asset modules within Baseplan, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and effective use of the TM1 reporting tool. Additional responsibilities include management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the most effective methods for collecting organizational data for analysis.
• Ensure collected data is stored in compliance with policies, procedures, and legal and ethical requirements.
• Evaluate the quality and relevance of data to align with organizational needs.
• Refine and filter data to maintain relevance and accuracy.
• Identify trends using data mining and statistical analysis techniques.
• Analyze data to assess the impact of internal and external factors.
• Leverage data analysis to highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and appropriate format.
• Effectively communicate insights and suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the Asset Contribution Model and TM1 Budget and Forecast models.
• Support ad hoc analyses, modeling tasks, and month-end reporting activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, organizational initiatives, and procurement projects.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Take on additional duties within your expertise and capabilities, ensuring safety.
• Play a key role in the digital transformation project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong systems experience eg. TM1, SQL, Power BI preferred and advanced Excel a must.
• Experience in Accounting and Finance Analyst roles - Ideally from a bigger business having gained hands on experience.
• Experience in Financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
