Are you an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for mentoring and guiding others? At Spring Kids Early Learning Centre, we’re searching for a confident and inspiring Educational Leader to take our programming and team practice to the next level!

The Role

This unique Educational Leader position blends strategic leadership with hands-on guidance:

2 days per week: Out of ratio to lead planning, support programming, mentor educators, and drive continuous improvement

3 days per week: In ratio, working directly with children while modelling best practice and supporting your team in real time

Your leadership will be key to enhancing learning outcomes, nurturing reflective practice, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles

Proven experience guiding or leading a team in an early learning environment

Passionate about mentoring others and supporting educator growth

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training
