This is a highly desired role as you will receive invaluable training from 2 impressive Partners who are sought to maintain the same quality and standards of a larger practice in a more intimate and manageable environment. As a result of ongoing growth, they are looking for a Heavy Senior/Supervisor level candidate to join their team. The practice is a firm believer in career progression so there is the opportunity for this employee to become Partner one day if they desired.

Key aspects of the role include:

Running a client base and building lasting relationships with clients

Identifying and devising potential solutions to tax issues

Supervising and mentoring junior and offshore staff

Problem solving mindset and assisting with process improvements to build efficiency

To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 4-5 years of experience in Business Services and be CA/CPA qualified. They are looking for someone who is confident, thrives in a high-pressure environment, natural born leader and has excellent communication skills.
