We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Business Analyst to join a leading organisation in Sydney on a contract basis. This role will focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and broader cyber security initiatives, working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for Cyber Security initiatives, with a strong focus on PAM solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Risk teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user story refinement across Agile ceremonies.
• Support the implementation and integration of PAM tools and systems into existing environments.
• Define current and future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development of test cases and support UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Contribute to change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally across both business and technical domains.
• Demonstrated experience working in Cyber Security programs, specifically involving Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience working in contract roles, demonstrating adaptability and fast onboarding capabilities.

Desirable:

• Experience in the insurance sector is highly regarded.
• Background in financial services will also be considered.
• Familiarity with key PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of broader cyber security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
