Randstad is seeking expressions of interest for upcoming administration roles with multiple clients across Brisbane. We have both temporary and permanent opportunities available, with preference given to candidates who have experience in the Construction, Property, or Engineering sectors.
In these roles, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to a busy and dynamic team. A detailed overview of key responsibilities is outlined below.
Key responsibilities -
- General administration duties including answering incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, file management, and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is well-maintained
