About the role
This full-time Storesperson role at ECLIPS Manufacturing Pty Ltd in Campbellfield, Victoria is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company. As the Storesperson, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of all materials entering, stored within, and dispatched from ECLIPS Manufacturing facilities
What you'll be doing
Maintain and update the EM Company Material Inventory system, accurately recording all material movements, project allocations, and current stock-on-hand.
Allocate and account for materials to specific Project based on production planning requirements
Ensure material traceability and batch tracking is maintained in line with QA standards and external audit requirements.
Conduct routine cycle counts and full stock takes to verify accuracy of physical stock versus system records.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Support the QHSE Manager in performing or coordinating inwards goods inspections and documentation verification.
Identify, record, and escalate non-conforming materials or damaged goods for action.
Ensure correct storage and segregation of materials based on type, safety classifications (e.g. hazardous goods), and traceability needs.
Store all materials in clean, organised, and compliant conditions across all sites.
Adhering to all health, safety and quality control procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar storesperson or warehouse role (essential)
Demonstrated experience in project-based inventory systems, stock allocation and compliance documentation (essential)
Valid Forklift License (essential)
Knowledge of SDS requirements, safe storage practices, and material handling procedures (essential)
Experience working with ERP systems or inventory management software (desirable).
Understanding of Production Schedules and Bill of Materials (BOMs) in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
