Position Title: Senior Clinician Occupational Therapist
Classification: VG3 - VG6
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $52.70 - $60.21
Hours per fortnight: Up to 76
Employment Status: Fixed Term Full Time or Part Time (January 2026)

This 0.8-1.0 EFT Occupational Therapist role is a leadership position based within the musculoskeletal rehabilitation teams. The position will support client assessment & treatment planning, as well as provide rehabilitation interventions as one to one interventions or in group-based formats. Clientele will predominantly present with an underlying Orthopaedic/Musculoskeletal disorder. This position will also work with management to identify and address team issues in a clear and solution-focussed manner, lead quality improvement, and provide staff and student supervision / teaching in a highly specialised manner.
