Your role:

We are seeking a part-time Bus Refueller who will be responsible for ensuring our diesel buses are ready for service by refuelling, conducting inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Your responsibilities:

Refuelling buses

Performing pre-inspection checks to monitor bus conditions

Reporting any defects, damage, or repairs

Moving and parking buses in the yard (training provided)

Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the refuelling area

Shift Details:

Part time role to work 5 hours per day Mon-Fri (25 hours per week) on evening shift

Shifts rotate weekly between the following hours:

Earliest Start: 6:00 PM

Latest Finish: 2:00 AM

Your roster will rotate on a weekly basis to work the following hours: 6pm-11pm, 7pm-midnight, 8pm-1am and 9pm-2am

Additional weekend overtime may be available

Benefits:

Hourly pay rate: $33.3209 + 15% shift allowance

You will receive an Employee Opal Card that gives you FREE travel on buses, trains, ferries and light rail (work and personal use)

The talent you bring:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Proven maintenance/fleet knowledge.

A valid NSW C-class licence (MR or HR preferred but not essential).

A strong safety focus, especially when handling flammable products
