This exciting role blends Reception, Service Advising, and Parts Interpretation, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, managing front-of-house operations and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and handling bookings

Liaising with technicians to provide updates and quotes

Interpreting and ordering parts

Processing invoices and payments

Keeping the front office clean, organised, and welcoming

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in an automotive customer service role is highly regarded

A warm, confident, and professional communication style

Strong multitasking and organisational skills

A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in the automotive industry

Basic computer skills (experience with workshop software is a plus)
