Telum have an exciting opportunity to be working alongside our client, who are a leading contractor in ground engineering solutions, involving shotcrete, ground anchoring and slope stabilisation.

We are currently seeking experienced ground engineering Site Supervisors for our clients project in Coomera.

What we need from you:

• Hands-on experience in various ground engineering techniques and process, including drilling, grouting, anchor install and testing.
• Proven supervisory experience with a demonstrated history of leadership roles in the similar industry
• Demonstrate a professional, level-headed, willing approach to our client and their projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Proven experience and understanding of WHS policies, procedures and implementing on the job
• Physical fitness and dexterity is required
• Australian open drivers licence
• General Construction Induction (White Card)

What your new role looks like (not limited to):

• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and logistics of the project
• Conducting pre starts and toolbox talks
• Liaising with WHSEQ, Project and Operations managers on a regular basis
• Daily check and assessment of all equipment and vehicles
• Review and understand the relevant project information, documents and drawings
• Allocating the crew, subcontractors and plant throughout the project
• Quality assurance, testing and compliance
• Procurement and vendor management
• Above all else, team collaboration
