Description

Assist in routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical components including pumps, valves, engines, and rotating equipment.

Support the assembly and disassembly of tools and machinery under supervision.

Participate in equipment testing, calibration, and reporting.

Maintain accurate documentation and logs for maintenance activities.

Adhere to company safety standards and protocols at all times.

Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with HSE regulations.

Collaborate with technicians and engineers to identify and resolve mechanical issues.

Profile

Currently enrolled in a TAFE program (Certificate III/IV or Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Fitting & Machining, or a related trade.

Basic understanding of mechanical tools, machines, and workshop practices.

Willingness to learn and work in an industrial/oilfield environment.

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Physically fit for workshop and/or field activities.

Availability to commit to a part-time internship
