Your Role May Include, depending if you’re part of our domestic or commercial division:

Service, maintain and repair a wide range of commercial food equipment – from cool rooms, fridges and freezers to ovens and fryers, air conditioners and coffee machines, and everything in between

Service, maintain and repair domestic whitegoods

Service, maintain and repair domestic browngoods

Service, install. maintain and repair domestic coffee machines

Demonstrating your customer service driven passion to our diverse clientele

Working as part of a team who are equally as inspired about achieving positive results

What Makes You Perfect for Platinum:

You may have a certification as a qualified electrician, refrigeration mechanic, appliance technician or a valid gas licence, but not essential

Ideally a background in servicing domestic or commercial food equipment

Attention to detail

Ability to be able to problem solve

Customer service skills

Ability to work by yourself or in a team environment

An ability to be able to communicate with technicians, management & customers

A valid Driver’s Licence

Be a permanent Australian resident
