In this role, you will be coordinating the preparation and production of proposals and submissions to support the studio's work winning strategy. Working closely with the Communications Manager and collaborating with the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process to secure exciting new projects for the practice.

Working within a leading architecture, urban design, and interior design practice with a national footprint and international reputation, you will be joining a creative team known for innovation and their ability to deliver striking, memorable design outcomes across various scales and budgets. The practice is recognised for its contribution to communities and clients through designs that incorporate the ideas underpinning place and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage submission and tender processes end-to-end – from opportunity retrieval to final submittal

Coordinate the preparation and delivery of bids to meet deadlines

Track and organise inputs from internal team members and external stakeholders

Monitor tender portals to identify and track relevant opportunities

Liaise with subconsultants to coordinate timely provision of documentation

Contribute to the preparation of capability statements and materials for business development

Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure timely completion of bid requirements

Maintain accurate filing and version control for all submissions collateral

Update the central knowledge library, including contacts, imagery, and previous documents

Uphold Brand Guidelines as set by the Graphic Designer

Support quality assurance processes to meet highest standards

Work with the Communications Manager and other stakeholders to improve workflows and systems

Review proposals for completeness, consistency, and adherence to required formats

Skills and Experience

Experience in coordinating bids and submissions, preferably within architecture or related fields

Background in grant writing would be considered as an alternative

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Additional abilities in Adobe Creative Suite advantageous

Understanding of the architecture industry beneficial
