Your Role

You’ll welcome clients with professionalism and empathy, manage a busy front desk, handle calls, and support office administration. Your ability to communicate clearly—especially with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients—will be essential to delivering a culturally safe and respectful service.

What You’ll Need

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Experience in reception, admin or client service

✔ Cultural awareness and sensitivity

✔ A friendly, professional, and calm approach

✔ Ability to work in a team and take initiative

✔ Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)

✔ Criminal history check clearance

Experience working with Aboriginal people and understanding the impact of colonisation is highly regarded.
