The School Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors, and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional front office environment. This role requires excellent communication and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy school setting.

Selection Criteria

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a school or similar environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage competing priorities.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (e.g. Synergetic or similar – desirable).

Experience with purchase order processes and/or coordinating transport bookings (desirable).

Maintain accurate student attendance records, including late arrivals and early departures.
