We are seeking an experienced insurance Administrator to join a busy broking team on a temporary basis. This is a short-term role offering support during a high-volume period, assisting with transactional processing tasks and general admin support. Immediate start required!

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Handling high volumes of transactional processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Processing quotes and renewals in internal systems and insurer portals
• Managing inbound and outbound calls with a professional approach
• Providing admin support to the broking team across day-to-day operational tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working in insurance administration or support roles
• Must have experience using Winbeat – this is essential due to limited training resources
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision
