About the role
As a key member of this successful Fire / Building services group; you will be responsible for providing effective estimates and solutions for various buildings / construction projects. Projects will include; Health & Hospitals, commercial / retail office fit outs, plant rooms, new commercial / industrial buildings, Infrastructure and data centres. You will also be an increasingly key player in the business as you will get the chance to work more closely with Stakeholders, suppliers and grow your career.

Salary: $130K - $150K + Super + Car (Negotiable pending level of experience)

Skills and experience

• Ideally trade experience or Qualified Sprinkler Fitter (Or similar)
• Minimum 4 -8 years + previous experience working in a Trade / contractor environment.
• Estimating and quotation experience for Dry & wet fire projects
• Experience working on Fire detection, dry fire, fire sprinklers, Hydrants and general fire systems.
• Sound knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards and local Authority requirements.
• Strong adherence to and awareness of Australian safety standards
• You must have the rights to work in Australia and be based in Melbourne
• Good communication skills written and verbal
