Hastie Waste collects waste and recycling all over the South West. Our head office is located in Picton East and in 2025 we celebrate 26 years in the Waste and Recycling Industry. As our client base expands we need more friendly drivers to keep the smile on our many customers. Our modern, well maintained equipment needs someone that cares enough to keep things that way. We support and encourage flexibility in our workforce and aim to provide opportunities for a good work/life balance.

Qualifications & experience

HR truck licence required

Good communicator and good attitude

Construction Card

A friendly face works well with our customers and colleagues

No waste experience necessary though advantageous

Tasks & responsibilities

Drive a skip truck (the right candidate will gain experience in frontlift, rearlift and hooklift trucks too)

Be nice to your workmates and our customers

Bring a positive attitude

Cover not only the Greater Bunbury area but most of our great South West

Get inducted to some of the areas major sites

The right candidate may convert to full time employment by agreement

Keep your truck clean and well maintained. Get friendly with your grease gun.
