About the role

WA Recyclers' is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Perth. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting recyclable materials to and from our processing facilities, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of goods. This is a full-time position based in our Perth location.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate various heavy vehicles, including semi-trailers and rigid trucks, to transport recyclable materials

Plan and execute delivery routes, adhering to transport regulations and schedules

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness

Liaise with customers and internal teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics and transportation processes

What we're looking for

Valid Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence (HC or MC preferred)

Previous experience operating marrel and hook lift trucks (preferable but not essential)

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road rules and safety regulations

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Commitment to safe work practices and environmental sustainability

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
