We're looking for a Strategic Senior CRM Manager to lead the team to a fully integrated, omnichannel lifecycle strategy. We require a senior-level thinker who can connect customer data, behaviour, and touchpoints across the full journey (pre- and post-purchase), driving activation, retention, and long-term loyalty.

You will lead a team of 3 specialists (nurture, retention, and campaign coordination) and own initiatives across email, SMS, concierge, push, content cards, and the member dashboard.

You will work closely with product, sales, and data to bring journey-based engagement to life.

We require:

6+ years in CRM/lifecycle/retention roles

2+ years in team management roles

Strong strategic and data skills

Familiarity with Braze and tools like Snowflake a bonus
