Hello Rainbow is a small multidisciplinary paediatric service based in Lake Macquarie.
We are fast becoming known for our family centred approach and fierce commitment to neuro-affirming practice. It's at the very core of why we exist. We're growing every day, so we need more incredible humans to help us support more families.
We're a super close team, and we don't have designs on becoming the next corporate behmouth. We love our mini gang.
The majority of us are neurodivergent identifying.
We're looking for someone who is commited to neurodiversity affirming therapy, the expansion of knowledge and supporting families in whatever way works for them.
What we can offer you:
- Ultimate flexibility - you tell us when and how much you want to work and we'll build your caseload to suit.
- Total administration management - we mean it. You did not spend years at uni to muck around with a calendar and chase signatures
- Super competitive hourly rate with contract or permanent employment options
- A management team that will go above and beyond to ensure you feel supported and comfortable with your caseload. Burnout is real, and we'll move heaven and earth to help you remain happy and fulfilled in your work
- Caseloads according to skill and interests - we'll never ask you to wing it or set you up in a situation you're not ready for
- An open, honest & ego free collaborative environment that values your input as a human and a professional
- Options for community or clinic based clients
