Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and profit targets through effective store management.

Control costs, including wages and inventory, with efficient rostering and stock oversight.

Manage all aspects of meat preparation and cutting to a high standard.

Maintain appealing and innovative window displays that reflect product quality and creativity.

Drive continuous product innovation to keep offerings fresh and competitive.

Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and on time, both online and using Sutcliffe Meats documentation.
