Position: Contracts Administrator

Company: 10 years+ Builder with 100+ staff. Great staff tenure, good cultural diversity in team.

Location: CBD Office

Projects: Class 2 residential projects (apartment buildings, residential towers, mixed-use buildings)

Experience:

• Ideally looking for Jobpac / Procore experience but not essential
• Need to be thourough in evaluating the claims
• Personalitt that is friendly with teh contratcors but also cna have a serious conversation.
