A rare opportunity exists to join a dynamic, fast-growing family owned and managed leader in the premium bathroom and kitchen renovation space.

Located in Sydney's inner west, we deliver premium bathroom and kitchen renovations to our clients predominately in the inner west, eastern suburbs, and lower north shore, with a focus on attention to detail, family values and customer service.

As a Site Supervisor you will be directly responsible for the successful completion of renovation projects, including:

Carrying out project milestone audits/quality inspections to ensure work is delivered to a high standard and the site is ready for the next trade

Delivering the project on time and on budget while maintaining a client-focused approach

Scheduling and management of sub contractors, and fixtures and fittings deliveries.

Track and report variations to contract in a timely manner

HANDS ON APPROACH - completing tasks onsite as required

The successful candidate will have the following:

A minimum of 5 years experience supervising residential renovations projects

Own power and hand tools

Hands on approach with carpentry skills highly regarded

High attention to detail

Strong organisational and communication skills

Fluent in English. Written and oral.

A network of subcontractors capable of delivering detailed finishes would be an advantage

Consent to a full police check
