Hunter Rehabilitation and Health is looking for a passionate and experienced allied health professional to join our leadership team as our Partnerships & Engagement Manager.
This is a flexible role in which we can offer Part time or Full time for the right candidate
This role is perfect for someone who understands the value of collaborative healthcare and is ready to step into a strategic, client-facing role focused on business growth, relationship management, and community engagement.

About the Role
As Partnerships & Engagement Manager, you’ll work directly with the Director and leadership team to:
Develop and manage referral pathways with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals and workplaces
Represent our team in the community through presentations, networking, and events
Identify opportunities for growth through service outreach, education, grants and strategic collaboration
Collaborate with the clinical and admin teams to ensure aligned, high-value engagement
Use your clinical insight to tailor messaging and build trust with referrers
Track engagement outcomes, gather feedback, and help shape future service offerings
This is a client-facing, relationship-building role not a sales job. It’s ideal for someone who wants to step outside the clinic but still make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualified Allied Health Professional (e.g. Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, OT, Psych, Nurse)
3+ years experience in clinical practice or healthcare service development
Strong communication and networking skills
Confidence to present, educate, and influence
A genuine passion for collaborative, community-focused healthcare
Bonus: Experience in business development, practice growth or stakeholder engagement
