Bev-Tech Engineering and Automation is seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to join our dynamic team. We are a family run business that appreciates loyalty, honesty and a good work ethic. We operate both in a workshop and onsite in many capacities, shutdowns, machine installations and preventative maintenance to name a few.

Bev-Tech also supply shift coverage solutions to many clients predominantly within the FMCG industry, specializing in food and beverage. These shifts consist of days, afternoons and nights with well above award rates to reflect this.

We have permanent roles available for the right candidates after successful completion of their probationary period. We work with some of the largest manufacturers across the state and also with some amazing game changers in the Craft Beer sector.

You will work as part of an existing team, performing scheduled maintenance, attend breakdown as well as continuous improvement projects.

To be successful in these roles, you will have;

• Trades qualification in Fitting or Mechanical engineering
• Ability to weld and fabricate, MIG and TIG highly regarded but not essential
• Stainless welding experience would be highly regarded but not essential
• Strong fault find and diagnostic skills a must
• A sound understanding of safe work practices
• Understanding of GMP and Food Safety
• Reliability and commitment to shifts;
• Availability to work weekends and shift work - days and nights;
• Attention to detail
• FMCG experience
