Our client is looking an experienced Archer Developer to take ownership of the full lifecycle development and configuration of RSA Archer solutions, with a focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing applications that drive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RSA Archer development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Archer architecture, data structures, and integration capabilities.
• Proficient in designing complex layouts, access control models, and workflow automation.
• Experience with packaging, deployment, and change management within SDLC frameworks.
• Expertise in Archer use cases such as Risk, Issues, Audit, or Compliance.
• Familiarity with Archer APIs, AML scripting, and data import/export tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
