Outsystems Developer (via FinXL)

The Opportunity
FinXL is currently seeking up to 10 Outsystems Developers to join, on a large
transformation program. This high-visibility project involves the redevelopment of legacy .NET
systems into modern, low-code solutions, with Outsystems as the primary platform of
choice.

You'll be part of a delivery team responsible for building and deploying scalable, efficient, and
secure applications that enhance internal system performance and future-proof the
organisation's technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
● Redevelop and migrate core internal systems from .NET to Outsystems
● Work closely with architects, BAs, and stakeholders to understand business
requirements and deliver robust low-code solutions
● Collaborate with testers and DevOps engineers to support end-to-end delivery
● Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and ongoing improvement initiatives
● Adhere to secure coding standards and ensure documentation is maintained

Skills & Experience
● Experience with Outsystems is highly desirable
● Background in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET) is advantageous
● Strong understanding of low-code platforms - experience with any of the following is
considered: Mendix, Power Apps, Appian, Zoho Creator, Quickbase, Creatio, Nintex, or
Pega
● Solid knowledge of application development life-cycle, version control, and CI/CD
processes
● Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
● Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment

Eligibility Requirements
● Australian Citizenship is mandatory (due to security clearance requirements)
● Must be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
● Availability to commence in July or August
● Please note: there is typically a 4-week lead time between offer and start date for
clearance processing (or up to 8 weeks if on notice)
