About the Role:
SolarNova is a fast-growing solar and battery provider based in Manly Vale. We’re looking for motivated and confident callers to join our team as Appointment Setters, helping connect homeowners with our expert solar consultants.

You’ll be the first voice they hear — reaching out to warm leads who’ve already enquired about solar or battery solutions, qualifying them, and booking appointments for our solar sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospects who’ve expressed interest in solar/battery systems

Build rapport with homeowners and explain the basic benefits of going solar

Qualify the customer for a consultation (ownership, roof space, energy usage)

Schedule appointments for our sales reps to conduct assessments

Record notes and update customer details in our CRM

Work towards personal and team booking targets

What We’re Looking For:

Clear and confident phone manner

Friendly, energetic personality

Good listening and communication skills

Goal-driven with a strong work ethic

Previous call centre or sales experience (preferred but not required)

Interest in renewable energy is a bonus!
