About You You’re a proactive, organised, and detail-driven professional who brings:

  • Essential: 3+ years of experience specifically in commercial fit-out and refurbishment
  • Strong knowledge of Procore, including document management and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional, client-focused mindset
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • A collaborative, team-first approach

Key Responsibilities Partnering closely with Project Managers, you will:

  • Plan & Schedule – Support project programming and timelines
  • Manage Contracts – Review scopes, let trades, and oversee subcontract agreements
  • Track Costs – Handle invoicing, claims, budgets, and cost control
  • Coordinate Stakeholders – Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure Compliance – Manage WHS documentation, approvals, and risk mitigation
  • Close Out Projects – Assist with final documentation, O&M manuals, and defect resolution
