Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Intermediate computer skills

A background in general hire will be highly regarded

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our constantly growing business. In this role you will primarily visit our customer sites, performing scheduled & preventative maintenance, as well as breakdown response. Variety of work and customer satisfaction are two of the main things that are enjoyed by the team in this role. You will be reporting to the Workshop Manager, and it also includes occasional support for our branch workshops.

Successful Candidate must:

Ensuring we provide top-notch service and maintenance for our diverse range of hire equipment.

Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues in the field.

Delivering excellent customer service, representing our family business with pride.

Ensuring all the jobs completed on sites ensure they are done accurately and ensuring safety.
