About the role

Join the team at WA Stoneworks' as a full-time Loader Operator based in Neerabup, WA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of front-end loaders to unload and transport materials around various sites in the metro area.

What you'll be doing

Operate front-end loaders to load, unload and transport materials, finished products and other items around the site

Ensure crews and subcontractors have the materials needed to perform their tasks

Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on assigned equipment

Monitor equipment performance and identify any issues or required repairs

Follow all safety procedures and policies to maintain a safe work environment

Assist with other general labouring tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience operating front-end loaders or similar construction equipment

Relevant ticketing or licenses to operate machinery (e.g. front-end loader, Skid Steer HR Licence)

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to conduct basic maintenance

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills
