About the role:
You'll play a key role in delivering scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions, working directly with stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM and Discovery modules.
• Implement and manage integrations with CMDB and enterprise infrastructure.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and provide technical guidance in a delivery-focused environment.
• Perform end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and related components.
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing workflows and integrations.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• ServiceNow Certification is a must
• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, ideally in senior developer roles.
• Proven expertise in ITOM and Discovery module development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and CMDB design and management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a client-facing role.
• Experience in banking or financial services environments is preferred.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
