With a team of 18 experienced surgeons covering shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, foot, and ankle surgeries, we are passionate about helping our patients stay active and mobile.

Location:

Central Business District (CBD)

Calvary Adelaide Hospital – Angas Street

Position:

Part-Time Administrative Support (7 days per fortnight)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate patient appointment scheduling

Assist with surgical bookings and maintain accurate patient records

Greet and welcome patients professionally upon arrival

Prepare and handle all necessary patient paperwork

Process billing and manage patient accounts

Perform general administrative duties efficiently

Coordinate doctor schedules and communicate with patients to manage expectations

Draft and type medical reports and correspondence

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience with medical software (preferably Genie) is advantageous

Excellent phone manner and communication skills

Strong customer service focus

Experience with invoicing and patient account management

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Proficient keyboarding skills (minimum 60 wpm) and strong computer literacy
