About The Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into the detail of financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting in order to support business decision-making through data-driven insights.

As part of a small team, reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you will bring a balance of management accounting rigor and commercial acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate the story behind the numbers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial Analysis: Dive deep into financial data, delivering compelling insights and commercial analysis that empower stakeholders.
• Management Reporting: Assisting with the delivery of high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual management and board reports that provide actionable insights into the company’s financial and operational performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Business Partnering: Act as the go-to finance partner for Sales and Marketing teams, influencing decisions through sharp insights and analysis.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis & Projects: Provide advanced financial analysis and assist the FP&A Manager on projects that support strategic decision-making.
• Technology: Get hands-on with tools like Excel, PowerBI, SAP, and Salesforce – this is a tech-forward team.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills, strong Excel modelling skills, with a passion for creating and managing financial models
• At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial analyst or business partner role
• Experience in the Healthcare or FMCG sector - highly regarded.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau), and CRM data (Salesforce)
• Exceptional communication skills – you know how to turn data into a story and influence non-finance stakeholders
