About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and committed Support Workers to join our paediatrics team, supporting a 15-year-old boy with high care needs in his family home. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his pets, and requires dedicated support from people who are confident, caring, and eager to make a difference.

You will be fully trained and supported to provide care that may include:

Personal care and 2:1 physical assistance

Complex clinical supports (e.g., tracheostomy, PEG feeding, catheterisation)

Communication assistance using eye gaze technology

Shifts Available:

Casual or permanent part-time

Day shifts, active night shifts, and the potential for additional ad hoc work

6+ hours

Waikiki, WA

What We’re Looking For:

Warm, reliable, and committed individuals who are confident working in complex care settings

Passion for supporting children and young people with disabilities

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Mandatory Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Valid WA Driver’s Licence and a reliable, roadworthy vehicle

Full working rights in Australia

Tracheostomy and PEG competency (training provided if required)
