The Opportunity

Due to company growth, we now have a new opportunity to join our NSW team. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual with a positive can-do attitude.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Forklift operation to load / unload equipment.

General yard and labour duties, including assisting to organise the yard in a safe and assessable manner for the delivery and dispatch of equipment.

Quality checking of equipment.

Delivering and setting up our variable message sign trailers and other equipment such as light towers, variable speed limit signs and barriers.

Liaising with clients and ensuring all their needs are met.

Ensuring the correct processes and procedures are followed.

Demonstrates initiative in taking on tasks and staying proactive.

Works efficiently with a strong ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

Always abiding by RPM Hire’s safety policies and processes.

What You Will Bring:

A fork lift license is required.

Mechanic qualification/ experience is desirable.

Valid car licence.

HR license is desirable.

History of safe working practices.

Prior towing experience is valued but not essential, as full training will be provided before starting.

Ability to problem solve with a positive 'can-do' attitude.

Attention to detail.
