The position will lead and oversee a multidisciplinary, distributed team of student recruitment and marketing professionals in defining and delivering a customer-centric marketing and student growth strategy in line with the strategic business goals of CDU and with a focus on lead generation, conversion and agent management.

About the Position
As the Associate Director International Student Growth, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and delivery of an integrated international marketing and student recruitment plan designed to support the overall business strategy of international student growth.

The Associate Director of International Student Growth will also provide high-level support to the Director of CDU Global, providing senior international marketing representation with both internal and external stakeholders.

About You
To be successful, you will require:
• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant area, or an equivalent combination of tertiary education and relevant experience.
• Proven track record in the development and execution of integrated international marketing and recruitment plans, using a variety of market and opportunity assessment tools, excellent relationship management skills and business acumen. Ability to operate at a strategic level to navigate different cultures, regulatory, government and education environments.
• Proven experience writing and implementing operational plans that align with strategic goals, demonstrated initiative to drive processes and stakeholder engagement, following projects through from initiation to finalisation to produce outcomes.
• High-level experience in successfully leading and managing a global-focused, business development or marketing function, overseeing and progressing projects in collaboration with academic colleagues.
• Outstanding leadership skills, demonstrated experience initiating, leading and managing change in a challenging and dynamic environment while striving to achieve strategic objectives. Demonstrated team leadership skills leading to transformational approaches to delivery of targeted outcomes.
• Knowledge of the Australian and international higher education system.
• Proven track record in successfully marketing international education in one or more CDU’s
• current and/or future strategic overseas markets, including Southeast Asia.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Ability to speak languages other than English relevant to CDU’s overseas markets.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 10. The base salary will be in the range of $128,903 – $143,061 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $150,816- $167,381per annum, including 17% superannuation.
