At Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT), we're seeking an experienced Mould & Plug Builder to join our high-performing manufacturing team at our Jandakot and Bibra Lake manufacturing facilities. In this full-time, hands-on role, you'll be integral to producing our premium swimming pools and spas.

What you'll be doing

Constructing and assembling moulds and plugs for pool and spa production

Finishing moulds and plugs to the highest standards of quality and precision

Operating machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

Identifying and resolving defects in the moulding and plug-making process

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Collaborating with the production team to support seamless manufacturing flow

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-focused workspace

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar mould or plug building role (fibreglass, manufacturing, marine, or automotive industry advantageous)

Proficiency with fibreglass, resins, and composite materials

Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

A proactive team player with the ability to work independently

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Forklift licence or confined space ticket (advantageous but not essential)

Physically fit—capable of performing manual tasks and standing for extended periods
