We’re calling in an Occupational Therapist who is curious, heart-led, and ready to support adults in the community with depth and purpose. Someone who wants to feel confident in their reasoning, empowered in their practice, and valued for who they are - not just what they produce.

✨ A Little About Me – I’m Parish

I’m an OT of over 10 years with a love for thorough assessment, reflective practice, and helping people feel like themselves again. I started out in adult social care in England before moving to Australia, where I saw just how much was missing in the support and supervision space.

That’s why I created Passion Occupational Therapy - and later, my own mentoring and supervision business. Because I know how lonely and uncertain this work can feel when you're trying to figure it all out on your own.

You’ll be supported, mentored, and encouraged to find your voice as a therapist. This is more than a job - it’s a space to grow, reflect, and actually love what you do.

What Makes This Role Different?

This isn’t a generalist OT role, and it’s not meant to be.

We work exclusively with adults in the community living with physical, cognitive, or neurological disability. This is a bespoke caseload, where you’ll be supported to go deeper - not wider.

It’s the opposite of being overloaded.

You’ll have time to think, plan, and show up fully for the people you’re supporting.

You’ll be empowered to:

Conduct clinical, cognitive and functional assessments that actually capture a person’s story

Script assistive technology and design home modifications that are meaningful, not just fundable

Break down complex support needs with clarity and purpose

Build strong clinical reasoning, confidence, and identity as a practitioner

Stay connected to why you became an OT in the first place
