About the role

As a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) at Global Select Education and Migration Services, you will play a critical role in guiding and supporting individuals through their Australian visa and migration journey. Your primary responsibility is to provide expert advice, manage visa applications, and ensure full compliance with Australian immigration laws and regulations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Assessment

Conduct thorough consultations to assess client eligibility for various visa categories.

Provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date migration advice based on Australian immigration laws and policy changes.

Visa Application Management

Prepare, review, and lodge a range of visa applications, including student visas, skilled migration, employer-sponsored, and family visas.

Monitor applications and liaise with the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and other relevant authorities as required.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure all applications and advice comply with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) Code of Conduct.

Maintain detailed client records, including communications, documents, and lodgement updates.

Client Communication and Support

Keep clients regularly informed about the status of their applications.

Address client inquiries promptly, providing clear guidance throughout the migration process.

Policy Research and Continuous Learning

Stay updated with immigration law changes, visa policies, and DHA regulations.

Attend professional development sessions and maintain ongoing registration requirements with MARA.

Relationship Management

Build strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams, including education counsellors and administrative staff, to provide holistic support to clients.

Ethical Practice

Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and integrity in all dealings.

Skills and experience

Registered with OMARA with a minimum of 1 years experience.

Strong command in migration legislation , LendCom.

Must be able to work independently on: SID Visas 482, DAMA, Skilled Migration Visa, ART and other visas.

Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Patient, self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client

Desire to work collaboratively within a team environment

Fluent in English

Remuneration

Salary full time permanent : AUD 80-100K + bonuses

Position Available : Adelaide 5000,SA, and Melbourne, 3000 VIC
