We are a small family run cafe looking for our next head barista/cafe all rounder

Must be available to work early mornings from 4.30am and also available on weekends (rotating shifts)

The right candidate must be able to do consistent basic latte art and be comfortable handling 6-8kgs solo on the machine.

You must have a passion for strong customer service and have knowledge of coffee brewing, techniques and equipment.

The ideal candidate would be able to work efficiently in a faced paced environment and have great teamwork skills.

The job entails maintaining high quality coffee standards, assisting in kitchen where needed, basic managing of stock/ordering and staff.

Our cafe thrives on regulars so maintaining a great repour with these people are a must.
