About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista & Cafe All Rounder to join our vibrant team at Perks Cafe in Jimboomba, QLD. This part-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee and food preparation in a fast-paced cafe environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a range of coffee beverages using professional barista skills

Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold items from the cafe menu

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all patrons

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment

Assisting with other cafe duties as required.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as a barista in a busy cafe or restaurant environment. Must have one year experience or more as a Barista

Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment, with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee

Reliable, self motivated individual with strong customer service skills and a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, with the ability to take direction and work well as part of a team

Weekend availability is a must
