About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cafe All Rounder to join our team at River City Catering' in Eight Mile Plains, QLD. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule and commitments. As an Experienced Cafe All Rounder, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth daily operations of our vibrant cafe.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient service to customers

Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea and specialty drinks

Assembling and presenting a variety of food items, including sandwiches, salads and light meals

Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the service area

Assisting with cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system

Ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, Monday to Friday

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
