We’re currently looking for passionate Trainers and Assessors to deliver outstanding training in High Voltage (HV), Hazardous Areas (EEHA), Instrumentation, and more. Whether you're after full-time, casual, or contract work, we have opportunities available in Melbourne — with potential flexibility across VIC.

The Role

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will:

Deliver industry-leading training and assessments using our expertly developed materials.

Use our online LMS to mark theory, give feedback, and support learners.

Provide hands-on, practical sessions that simulate real-world work conditions.

Coach students with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to succeed in the industry.

Training Areas (candidate to meet at least 2 of the areas preferred):

High Voltage (HV)

Hazardous Areas (EEHA)

Instrumentation (Cert III & IV)

Solar & Battery Systems

QTP & QBP

Refrigeration (Cert II & III)

About You

You’re someone who thrives on sharing knowledge and supporting others to succeed. You have:

A TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent in Vocational Education).

Hands-on teaching experience in HV and/or EEHA, with the flexibility to teach additional subjects.

An engaging and approachable training style with strong communication skills.

The ability to modify training resources to suit different learners and ensure compliance.

Proficiency with digital learning platforms and solid computer skills.

Willingness to travel occasionally within VIC.
