About the role

Hammerich's Coffee in Everton Hills, Queensland is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our friendly team. In this casual role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage products to delight our customers. The position is based in our Everton Hills cafe, located in the heart of the local community.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a wide range of coffee and speciality drink orders to our customers' specifications

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive café experience

Maintaining a clean and organised work station, including completing regular equipment cleaning

Assisting with general café duties such as stocking and inventory management

Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service-focused role

Strong knowledge of coffee making, including the ability to operate espresso machines and grinders

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service

A keen interest in the hospitality industry and the local café culture
